Please call Brigitte Mendez @ 909-717-4037, or if you are working with a Robert Half Recruiter, please call them directly.How you will make an impact- Arrange cash flow projections, as needed- Organize subcontractor 1099'Microsoft, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Operate monthly accounting close- Prepare cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.- Outline business license and gross receipts- Knowledgeable in credit card management and reconciliation- Enter Accounts Payable- Extra unique tasks if required- Enter budget transfers- Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Classify sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Administrate Accounts Receivable
