Job Description DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY We are representing a fast growing Logistics Company in the city of Corona that is looking to hire an Account Payable/Account Receivable Candidate to manage all financial transactions, including fixed payments, bank deposits and budgets Come be part of this growth RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Assisting accounting manager for month-end and closings --- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable --- Ensure timely check payments --- Calculate sales quarterly commissions --- Tracking all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements --- Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances --- Maintaining the accuracy of historical data and records --- Correspondence with all customers and vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits, and other finance-related inquiries --- Preparing an analysis of accounts and other monthly reports --- Continuous improvement of the payment process --- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary --- Additional duties can be assigned QUALIFICATIONS: --- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) --- Hands-on experience with accounting software like NetSuite and QuickBooks --- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables --- Experience with general ledger functions --- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills --- BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree is highly preferred --- E-Commerce Experience is preferred. --- Bilingual in Chinese/English is desired DETAILS: Full Time, Direct Hire Opportunity Schedule Monday- Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm Pay $25-$28/hr.
