Job Description:

Position Summary:The Corporate Treasurer will oversee global banking needs including implementing structure, banking, technical and on-line products and process solutions and improvements in addition to minimizing cost and maximizing returns related to corporate cash, investments and debt. The position will oversee activity related to foreign currencies and conversions including hedging and repatriation of cash, global cash levels and funding's for subsidiary operating needs. The position will provide guidance to executives regarding foreign currency exposures, minimizing foreign exchange reporting losses as well as monitoring currency exchanges rates and levels of cash holdings in foreign currencies. The position will work with the financial reporting function to provide accounting and reporting related to investment and derivative holdings and transactions.The position will work with the company's various bankers, investment managers, consultants and tax accountants as well as executive management and the board of directors.
Position Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred; - Minimum of 10 years of treasury experience in multi-national business environment; - Experience with hedging foreign currency transactions including entering into contracts, recording of transactions and related financial reporting; - Experience opening bank accounts in various countries; - Professional treasury certifications preferred; - SAP experience preferred; - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; - Excellent at managing time and priorities; - Able to work independently while being a team player; - Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
