Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate, collaborative, and integrated plans,
budgets, and forecasts published and submitted in HFM. Responsible
for variance analytics driving improvement action items. Establish
collaborative relationships with all stakeholders providing
excellent customer service and value added analytics resulting in
improvement in action plans and results. Track and follow-up on
action plans. Responsible for financial justifications and analysis
of capital requests and tracking of capital projects. Facilitate
acquisition of capital, timely utilization of capital budget,
efficient acquisition and placement into service. Track financial
results compared to justifications.
Education & Experience
* B.S. Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
* Minimum 7 years experience, with a major portion of that
experience responsible for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
variance analysis and reporting in a publically held manufacturing
company with at least $100M in revenue
* Expert ability to use Excel, Power Point, Hyperion
* Thorough understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
Statements and KPI metrics
* Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
* Experience with standard and job cost systems preferred
* Experience in government contract environment preferred
* Good Attendance is an essential function of the job as this role
is depended upon to complete time sensitive tasks
