Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Billing Analyst
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly invoices according to company guidelines
and ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines
Analyze unbilled receivables monthly and resolve inquiries
regarding billing status
Communicate with internal customers to resolve billing
discrepancies and collection issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
Excel)
Familiarity or experience with payment systems (WAWF, ExoStar, IPP,
MPO)
Familiarity or experience with Commercial/Government Contracts and
Defense Finance and Accounting Service
Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in
a fast-paced environment
