step to apply JOB OVERVIEW: Administrative Assistant The primary
objective of the Administrative Assistant is to ensure company
visitors and calls are welcomed and directed to the appropriate
person. The candidate will also prepare for onsite customer
training, Executive and Board meetings and be responsible for
overall office supply management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Using
multi-line phone, respond to all incoming calls and is responsible
for screening and directing to appropriate staff for resolution.
--- Greet and respond to all walk-in visitors. --- Acquire and
prepare supplies needed in advance of training classes and provide
general assistance to training attendees during the week. ---
Monitor and replenish office supplies. --- Coordinate office
repairs and maintenance with service providers. --- Maintain
general office organization and cleanliness. --- Assist co-workers
with office needs such as mailing letters/packages, company
meeting/event organization, and other general office requests. ---
Support Accounting, Technical Support and Marketing teams by
performing general tasks as needed. Training will be provided for
any assigned duties. --- Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: --- Professional telephone etiquette
and demeanor --- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Displays good work ethics-punctuality and attendance are a
priority --- Strong follow-through skills and attention to details
are critical --- Adaptability --- Excellent organizational skills
with ability to prioritize tasks --- Friendly personality ---
Ability to multi-task --- Able to work as a team player as well as
independently --- Proficient in MS Office --- 2 years Reception or
Administrative role --- High School Diploma is required.
