Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a general office assistant to
become a part of our business office team You will be performing a
blend of accounting, human resource and customer service tasks. You
will be responsible for entry level data entry and filing tasks for
multiple departments within the organization on a as needed basis.
Responsibilities: Answer phones Accurately maintain files Encourage
and improve cross-department internal communication Provide
administrative assistance to management team Provide management
with requested reports and documents Perform other office tasks
(replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.) Keep accurate
records in accordance with company standards Track and record
deliveries to customers Handle some post sale customer inquiries
and complaints Provide some post sale information about products
and services Resolve aftermarket product issues and concerns
Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient in Excel
(minimum intermediate Level) Positive and professional demeanor
Experience in conflict resolution Ability to build rapport with
customers and employees Strong leadership qualities Ability to
prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Deadline and
detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
