Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to
support B2B2C initiatives and medical education programs within a
marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of B2B2C marketing campaigns, ensuring
compliance and data accuracy
Manage day-to-day communications with vendors and agency
partners
Support the marketing material review process and manage logistics
for conferences and programs
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or program
coordination
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Self-motivated and adaptable to a remote work environment
Experience in the animal health or medical education field is a
plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
