Maintenance Responsibilities: · Completing general apartment maintenance, unit turns, work orders and general grounds keeping. · Candidate must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, have basic working knowledge and experience in general plumbing, painting, electrical, and maintenance. · Applicant must have own tools · Appliance repairs and installations * Note: All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
