Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine inspections of building systems, including lighting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and groundskeeping. The role involves completing preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules and company guidelines, troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, and coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs or major maintenance projects. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of building systems, including lighting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry. Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules and company guidelines. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or major maintenance projects. Essential Skills Proficiency in facilities maintenance and repair. Experience in electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance tasks. Ability to troubleshoot and address minor mechanical issues. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Moreno Valley, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
