Job Description:

The right candidate will be responsible for providing assistance for the Marketing Department and provide additional marketing support for the Sales Teams.

Detailed Job Description and Duties:

Assist Marketing Manager with design and planning of digital initiatives

Create and deliver files to spec for both internal IT teams and external vendors

Provide departmental support for social media initiatives including managing accounts and content

Assist in research and implementation of any new marketing tools/applications as needed

Assist in brand development and company marketing initiatives including print advertising

Create advertising and promotions(in various media and formats) based on requests submitted by sales teams

Provide support for everyday advertising request processing

Job Requirements

Education level: Bachelor`s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or at least 4 years related experience or training.

Previous Work experience required:

At least four years of graphic design and creative development experience

At least two years of creative project management experience

At least two years of marketing/advertising design experience

At least one year of digital design or web design experience

At least one year of social media management experience

At least one year of customer service experience or equivalent

Additional knowledge, skills and/or abilities:

Proficient in use of Adobe CS applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat required, use of Dreamweaver recommended Strong background in digital design required

Experience using social media as marketing tools required

Strong written and verbal communication skills required

General sales and marketing skills required

General customer service skills required

Experience in financial or real estate industry marketing preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office applications preferred
