Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the technical interface for customers and partners to
resolve product-related issues
Independently research and develop solutions to customer
problems
Provide advice and assistance to internal employees on customer
issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work
experience
4+ years' experience in Infrastructure or cloud-related field
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and public-cloud platforms
like OCI, AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Experience in troubleshooting technical problems to root cause
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
