A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business
Intelligence and Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Own the long-term strategy for data platforms and the teams that
support them
Build a self-serve analytics environment and scalable data
pipelines for reporting
Collaborate with department leaders to align analytics with
business objectives
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in data analytics or engineering
5+ years of people management experience in data disciplines
Experience building data teams, platforms, and governance
models
Familiarity with HIPAA or regulated industries
Technical background in SQL, dbt, and analytical tools like Jupyter
notebooks
