Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and
Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop substation protection and control design projects
Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, designers, and
drafters
Manage project ownership, including financials, resources, and
design
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and
control design
Ability to lead substation design projects aligning engineering
execution with program management
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E) license is preferred
Experience in leading project teams is advantageous
