Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Inspector Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team. While aerospace experience is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality control environment, utilizing tools such as calipers and micrometers, and possess the ability to read blueprints. Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections for Receiving, First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections on aviation parts from details to top assemblies. Understand and apply visual and cosmetic standards. Write inspection and nonconformance reports. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Review supplier certifications for conformance to requirements. Collect data for statistical analysis. Interpret tolerances and utilize precision measuring instruments for mechanical inspections, including geometrical and positional tolerance requirements. Essential Skills Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. The facility is involved in manufacturing products for the interiors of Boeing 737 aircrafts, including galleys, closets, lavatories, floor panels, class dividers, and sidewalls. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
