To learn more about our flagship service visit our website at FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:IDIQ is seeking a highly successful, energetic, and resourceful Affiliate Marketing Account Manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will help drive the expansion of existing affiliate accounts. As an Affiliate Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals and establishing strong connections with media partners & publishers to accelerate expansion. The main focus of the Affiliate Account Manager role will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners. Monitoring and managing Affiliate program activity including new Affiliate recruitment.Analyzing campaign performance.Identifying areas of improvement (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.).Presenting ways to increase revenue and drive account growth.Acquisition, retention, and activation of new affiliates and partnershipsAnalysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to grow relationship and enrollment volumeMonitoring and analyzing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Conversion rates optimizationEstablishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone, and email communicationWorking with metrics and data presented in a variety of dashboard reports and spreadsheetsPerforms other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
5+ years within Affiliate Account Management and Affiliate MarketingExperience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment modelsStrong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions and to document the evidence that led to those decisionsPrevious online media buying experienceAbility to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to function and lead in a team environmentA clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platformsSelf-driven, highly collaborative, competitive, and results-orientedPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
