This position requires a dedicated and experienced Dispatcher
who can effectively ensure that the company is always represented
in a professional and courteous manner to the consumer. Courtesy
and service are of utmost importance to our company. The ability to
effectively and promptly relay information to our customer and
members of staff when required is imperative.
The Dispatcher operates as a link between the customer and the
Customer Service Department. They are accountable for verifying
that the information is accurate and delivered to it's destination
in a timely manner. The Dispatcher is responsible for the planning,
coordinating and scheduling of all calls received from the
Customers. The position requires the ability to work in a
structured and regimented environment.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor at
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Demonstrated the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
-Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate
with Customers, vendors, employees, an Upper Management.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities while
meeting heavy deadlines.
-The capability to work under pressure and the adaptability to work
in an ever-changing environment.
-Two years of prior Dispatch experience preferably working in a
