The family owned and operated dealer group has 7 dealerships in Southern California, representing Nissan, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands. As a leader and innovator in the industry, we are not only the best at what we do, we make sure that every employee feels that they belong, because after all, we are family.The Manager role is responsible for managing a team involved in receiving, processing, and responding to internet leads and inbound phone calls for new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as follow-ups via email, text, or phone calls regarding the transactions from the previous day. The role is highly customer-centric and uses the CRM software to ensure that general information is processed accordingly by providing exceptional service, meeting individual needs and exceeding customer expectations.Responsibilities

  • Manage a team BDC supervisors and representatives to ensure all objectives, goals, and metrics are achieved through training, coaching, and mentoring
    • Ensure that all inbound calls and internet leads are responded to according to customer expectations in an efficient and timely manner.
      • Adhere to company requirements and customer follow up system to fully and effectively utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
        • Work closely with the Hub Director and the executive team to deliver business objectives.Qualifications
          • Experience as a manager in an automotive call center environment
            • Excellent client services, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
              • Highly driven and self-motivated individual ready to work in a fast-paced and energetic call center
                • Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly and must be able to prioritize and multitask
                  • Goal-driven and must be able to continuously seek to improve processes, policies and services
                    • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office and Google suite.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
