ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Email Marketing and Automations Manager will lead our marketing efforts through design and implementation of email journeys to win-back non-engaged customers, remarket to interested prospects, and develop lead generation journeys. The email marketing manger will also own the management of the integration and automation platforms. The day to day for this role will be to work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to create new and effective email marketing campaigns for both consumer and B2B.
Develops and manages a comprehensive email marketing strategy to increase email conversion, win-back customers, and increase brand awareness.
Works with Director of Digital Marketing to manage email marketing projects and performance reports.
Provides stakeholders with periodic reports, providing suggestions and refinement to improve on campaign efforts.
Collaborates with stakeholders to move the email marketing projects forward.
Serves as strategic point of contact for customer surveys, responsible to gather information from the stakeholder and creating intelligent surveys.
Creates and designs call-to-actions (CTAs) and email templates. Ensures emails are aligned with best practices, actionable, brand compliant, and that all call-to-actions are in place and reportable.
Measures success of email campaigns against KPIs.
Develops a lead nurture strategy.
Analyzes campaign and email performance data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Analyzes customer behavior to identify customer segments for use in email marketing automation.
Develops documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.
Own the day-to-day management of automated lifecycle of email campaigns, and journeys
Own engagement and cross-sell email campaigns to educate and incent and re-engage customers
Own integration and automation tools to connect multiple marketing and business platform
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
Minimum five (5) years of experience related to email marketing.
Previous experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
Proficiency using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce marketing cloud and marketo
Proficiency using technology integration and automation tools such as zapier, integromat, and make
Proficiency in Excel is a requirement: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas are your friends.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining effective email journeys
Experience marketing a subscription product is preferred

POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position: Temecula, CA and home. PM22
