digital security, aging in place, and fire protection services. We
are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a love of
travel and face to face time to cover a multi-state territory to be
based in the West Coast region as an Outside Sales Account
Manager.
About the Position
Develop new business in assigned region while communicating
effectively with our current client base and responding to their
needs accordingly
Collaborate as a team with your Inside Sales Account Executive to
make sales calls to prospects within multistate territory to
develop new business and introduce our company and industry-leading
services
Maintain book of business of current clients to ensure high quality
customer service and satisfaction
Travel to client sites, prospective client sites, events, and
tradeshows (Travel up to 70%)
Ensure our current clients, as well as qualified leads, have a full
understanding of company services available to them
Stay informed of market conditions; product innovations; and
competitors' products prices and services
Communicate with internal departments to effectively acclimate and
onboard new customers
Perform prospecting duties to research client business needs and
record client interactions
Prepare sales budgets and quotes based on business needs
About You
An ambitious, career-minded team player with a full understanding
of confidentiality agreements and proprietary information
Strong desire to develop long-lasting professional
relationships
A strategic thinker with strong verbal communication skills to
advise on company services and overcome sales objections
Basic Qualifications
Associates degree and/or 5+ years on-the-job experience in a
related field
Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
display a sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of outside sales experience
Demonstrated ability to develop lasting professional
relationships
COVID-19 Requirements
Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of
Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5
months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna
