BCTG's Direct client is looking for a Full-Time eCommerce
Product Director Position SummaryThe B2B Ecommerce Product Director
is responsible for driving positive and enjoyable customer
responses by executing strategies that enhance the customer
experience and journey to increase interest, engagement, and
revenue in eCommerce solutions. This person will be an innovative
product leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, has
experience setting eCommerce strategies and roadmaps, and can drive
results across business and technical teams. Working with the
cross-functional teams, the product director will manage and
oversee the addition of functionality to provide customers with a
best-in-class personalized experience.Essential Functions and
DutiesCustomer Focus--- Drive the digital customer experience
initiatives, own the product and lead development, working together
with business, and technology teams to design, develop, or enhance
existing models and customer experience. --- Conduct analysis and
use data to understand the performance of system and customer
experience and journey. --- Utilize the product catalog and
performance metrics to build and sort category and product
groupings as guided by business and customer initiatives.---
Maximize website conversion and average order size through online
product management of best/featured sellers, related/replacement
products, product promotions, and other upsell, and cross-sell
opportunities.--- Analyze macro-economic trends, perform
competitive analysis, size-up internal capabilities, and build
business cases to support the portfolio of initiatives. --- Strong
advocate for internal and external clients. Translate their needs
into a priority roadmap. Contribute to long-term product roadmap
and strategy. Help to build a strong product culture within the
organization.Manage and Deliver--- Help deliver the technology that
will enable client's e-commerce experience. --- Business
management, including creating strategy across product portfolio,
roadmaps, and managing the respective budget/s.--- Ensure timely
and accurate implementation of website content and promotions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and
maximize production efficiency in a constantly evolving environment
where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary.---
Manage and support all eCommerce related Data Workflows, including
ERP interface, Product Catalog/Management, Customer Set-Up and
Order Management.--- Manage the development team and set priorities
to deliver the business needs in a timely fashion. Collaborate with
the respective engineering / development partners to assist in
designing the best product in terms of customer experience.---
Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures,
Federal and State regulations and laws.--- Demonstrate dedication
to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and
objectives.--- Represent the Company in a professional manner and

or violations.--- Other duties as assigned.Education, Knowledge,
Skills and Experience Required Education:--- Bachelor's Degree in
computer science, Math, Engineering or a related field of study; or
a combination of education and related professional experience.
Required Knowledge:--- Strong understanding of product management
and development, working together with business, and technology
teams to design, develop, or enhance existing models and customer
experience.--- Expert in Hybris foundational concepts and has
experience & knowledge of Commerce cloud/Hybris multi-channel
architecture, data modeling with Commerce Cloud, Data exchange and
integration, Promotion, Solr, OCC, RestAPI, Order & Checkout,
Business Process, and rest assured framework for rest API testing.
Knowledge of Spartacus store front.--- Excellent expertise in
ecommerce technologies such as Java / J2EE, Spring, JavaScript,
JSP, REST / SOAP APIs, JUnit, CSS & HTML 5. --- Experience in
guiding development teams and defining scope and process within an
agile framework. --- Strong knowledge and practical experience with
product management, business strategy, technology strategy, and
roadmap planning and scenario analysis. Has incorporated the voice
of the customer into the product design to provide an exceptional
customer experience.--- General knowledge of advanced concepts,
practices and procedures. Related Product knowledge of API's,
3rdParty Systems, SAP, and integration with modern day SaaS
solutions.--- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology,
and complex workflows. Ability to define, track and act on KPIs---
Significant architecture experience with 4-5 full end-to-end Hybris
implementations Preferred Knowledge:--- Familiarity with SAP ERP
(S/4HANA) systems --- Project Management experience Required
Experience:--- 15+ years of relevant Commerce Cloud/Hybris
experience - with at least 5 years of customer facing and
management experience, and 5 years of people management experience,
preferably experience managing a development team.--- Experience in
developing customer experience and customer journeys that delights
the customer and provides a pleasant experience--- Experience
developing and managing eCommerce solution using SAP Commerce cloud
with Spartacus storefronts, Java 5/6, J2EE, JSP, Ajax, XML, XSD,
Spring MVC, JUnit, GIT, Jira, Confluence, DevOps.--- Experience
mentoring engineers and designers on technical topics to determine
the best decisions.Preferred Experience:--- 5 years for product
management experience--- At least 5 years of progressive experience
in designing solutions using Spartacus storefront. Required
Skills:--- Must have Product management skills that include
critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, leadership and the
ability to take initiative.--- Design and deliver complex web
projects based on the SAP Commerce Cloud Platform. --- Significant
architecture experience with 4-5 full end-to-end Hybris
implementations. Knowledge of incremental changes with last few SAP
commerce platform upgrades--- Full profiency in implementation
enhancement and support of SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 including front
end and backend--- Develop roadmaps that align with strategic
business initiatives.--- Must be self-sufficient and able to thrive
in ambiguity. --- User story grooming, effort estimation, sprint
and release planning--- Able to lead technical teams and direct
developer resources.--- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
methodologies--- Must have strong organizational skills--- Must
have a detailed orientation and the proven ability to prioritize
work--- Must have effective verbal and written communication
skills--- Must have the ability to work with limited supervision
and as part of a team--- Sound decision-making abilities Preferred
