In your new role you will:
Define and deploy quality targets for new Multichips & ICs based on
customer, market and application requirements, as well as
proactively set future goals
Develop a qualification strategy (technical) and plan (cost, time,
resources) based on customer requirements or product and technology
innovation
Ensure that quality criteria are met with focus on value add for
customers and Infineon
Conduct product qualification according to plan including driving
assessments of electrical test and construction analysis results.
Drive failure analysis and problem solving in case of device
fails
In case of product and production deviations contribute to risk
management and lead the product Q-team towards taking decisions for
further development and release
Use your method and product expertise for technical risk management
as well as for being a role-model of a challenging reviewer
Monitor the quality of the product from conception phase to release
and maintenance
Align quality relevant market needs and customer requirements with
IFX capabilities in close collaboration with other internal
business and operational functions
Drive information and documentation of product quality related
topics like quality related queries and qualification documents
Act as platform Quality Management owner for Multichips & ICs
products, train and coach other team colleagues and business
development team members
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics,
Materials Science or comparable
At least 6+ years of experience in Quality Management in a
technical environment and/or Silicon Foundry/Research &
Development/Engineering with product and technology
Fundamental understanding on Silicon Technology and Package
Assembly and related quality measures
Hands-on experience with quality systems, methods, procedures as
well as tools (e.g. Risk Management, FMEA, 8D, 5why) and quality
standards (JESD47/ AEC_Q100 and Q101)
Experience in tests and methods in the area of reliability as well
as failure analysis
Good on customer communication and fluent English skills with
German skills as a plus
