Job Description:
A healthcare technology and services company is searching for a
person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Management
Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Compile and monitor operational revenue cycle reporting to identify
risks and/or opportunities
Support process and workflow monitoring across all RCM
processes
Collaborate with customer staff and management levels on day-to-day
operational questions/resolutions
Position Requirements Include:
Have at least 1 year experience within oncology
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are familiar with online insurance portals, clearing houses, and
insurance guidelines/policies
Have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Have proficient computer and Microsoft Excel skills
At least 1-5 years healthcare experience with billing/revenue cycle
management technology, process improvement, and/or workflow
implementations
