Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the face of the company and maintain client satisfaction
throughout the client journey
Own end-to-end client relationships from planning to renewal
Lead internal collaboration efforts across various functions to
address client needs
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer
success in a health tech or healthcare industry
Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and key healthcare
administration processes
Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and work with stakeholders
to implement recommendations
Proficient in web and mobile technologies, PowerPoint, and
Excel
Bachelor's Degree at minimum
