A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst.



Key Responsibilities:

Create and update intra-day schedules in a multi-channel tiered support environment
Manage and report on intra-day performance, balancing SLA and shrinkage
Provide mentorship on WFM best practices, analyze data, and recommend solutions for performance improvement


Qualifications:

2+ years of Workforce Management experience in a multi-channel service center
Strong technical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with relevant platforms
Effective application of statistical forecasting and workforce management methods
Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of call center metrics
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
