Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and lead design strategy and art direction to enhance brand
presence and awareness
Develop creative strategy, visual language, and campaign systems
for integrated marketing efforts
Manage design team, build relationships with cross-functional
teams, and ensure quality of creative output
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading design teams in agency or in-house
settings
Expertise in designing for blockchain, web3, DeFi, and financial
services categories
Hands-on approach, extensive technical knowledge of branding
systems, and ability to onboard agency partners effectively
Ability to lead by influence, inspire teams, and work with global
time zones
Partial daily overlap with EST time zone
