Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Director, Data
Analysis to lead a team in analyzing healthcare data related to
Medicare Part D.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an annual Analytics Plan to identify analyses
and monitor anomalies
Oversee data management, ensuring proper sorting, evaluation, and
storage of data
Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and
support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,
Applied Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree
preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, particularly in
healthcare data analysis
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL,
along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau and
Power BI
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and familiarity with big
data technologies
Experience with Medicare prescription drug data and healthcare
policy is preferred
