Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering - Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to develop advertising solutions that
enhance monetization of the app
Collaborate with Product and Design to explore and implement
effective Ads solutions
Coach and develop team members while managing project delivery and
technical debt
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience leading engineering teams in collaboration
with Product and Design
Experience with programmatic advertising technology and adtech
platforms
Strong analytical skills, particularly in A/B testing and data
attribution
Experience working in data-intensive environments and with AI/ML
teams
Familiarity with Agile principles and experience in developing
mobile applications
