Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Statutory
Disability & PFML.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product development and management for Statutory Disability &
PFML across various market segments
Act as a subject matter expert, focusing on customer needs and
ensuring alignment with the company's mission and risk
components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document best practices
and implement quality measures in compliance with regulatory
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
experience
7+ years of experience in Statutory Disability and PFML product
development and management
Strong knowledge of Life, Absence, Statutory Disability, PFML, and
related compliance issues
Broad understanding of employee benefit programs, including Paid
Family Medical Plans
Experience in project management and analytical skills
