Job Description:
A company is looking for a Balance Sheet Management VP.
Key Responsibilities
Direct a balance sheet management working group to enhance
risk-adjusted returns through improved capital generation and
allocation
Enhance the capital management framework and ensure all relevant
risks are considered in optimization decisions
Provide input on strategic asset allocation and corporate
development activities to ensure strong risk-adjusted returns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, actuarial science, or a related
field
CPA or Actuarial designation required
10-12+ years of experience in finance or actuarial roles within
Financial Services
Leadership experience with potential for expansion into a people
leader role
Experience with month/quarter end close in a complex financial
environment preferred
