Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Fraud AI & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and lead a data science and analytics team focused
on fraud detection
Build and operationalize AIML models to identify and prevent
various types of fraud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement real-time
fraud detection and containment strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or
a related field
10+ years of experience in fraud prevention analytics or security
intelligence, including 5+ years in management
Proven expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
(Python, R, etc.)
Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and cloud-based
analytics platforms
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
in fraud and identity management
