Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing & Revenue Manager to lead
global billing operations and revenue recognition functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5-10 direct and indirect reports, overseeing
hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
Oversee daily billing activities, month-end close, and ensure
compliance with contracts, GAAP, and SOX
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Client Services to resolve
billing issues and improve client experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or
CPA preferred)
7+ years in billing/accounts receivable in a global, multi-site
environment
4+ years leading global teams in remote or hybrid settings
Expertise in ERP systems (PeopleSoft and Oracle preferred)
Familiarity with GAAP, SOX, and revenue recognition principles
