Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage
and oversee various projects within the Lien Resolution -
Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
Handle escalations from two direct reports
Understand and document processes for clarity and efficiency
Manage audits for new programs and maintain Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
1-2 years of experience in medical coding and billing, preferably
from a lien resolution vendor
Strong understanding of medical coding and billing processes
Ability to mentor new hires and guide them through training
Proficiency in working with audit processes and maintaining
SOPs
