Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing global Solutions Engineering
team
Design and implement scalable pre-sales and post-sales
processes
Establish a standardized global operating model while enabling
regional flexibility
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Solution
Architecture
4+ years of experience leading global or cross-regional SE
teams
Expertise in Enterprise Cybersecurity SaaS and security operations
frameworks
Proven ability to collaborate with regional sales leaders on GTM
strategy
Strong analytical mindset with experience in managing SE KPIs and
performance metrics
