Job Description:
A company is looking for an Order Management (OM) Specialist to
manage and optimize order flow processes for large-scale
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently identify and resolve blocked orders to meet service
level agreements (SLAs)
Manage order discrepancies, including adjustments, cancellations,
and manual entries
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide updates
and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Strong expertise in Order Management systems and processes
Previous experience in managing large, multinational client
orders
Background in coordinating with multiple teams for bug resolution
and order discrepancies
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight
deadlines
