Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Applications
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the client support team to ensure high performance
and engagement
Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics
for client satisfaction
Serve as the senior escalation point for high-impact client
concerns and advocate for product improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in building and leading support teams
10+ years in client support or customer success, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Proven experience in the healthcare or pharmacy technology
industry
