Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting functions and ensure timely financial
reporting
Coordinate annual audits and maintain compliance with GAAP and
regulations
Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring strategic alignment
and accountability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in
nonprofit accounting
Experience with 990 audits and fund accounting
Proficiency in accounting software, CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite,
and Excel
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
