A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Home Lending Fraud
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize fraud prevention strategies for
Mortgage and Home Equity products
Conduct in-depth analysis of fraud trends and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
Monitor fraud risk and performance outcomes, documenting results
and driving actions to mitigate fraud loss
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Mortgage and/or Home Equity fraud
prevention strategy
Proven track record of successful fraud prevention strategy
development and implementation
Strong background in utilizing technology, AI, and automation for
fraud strategies
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience in leading initiatives and driving results through
collaboration
