Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Immigration for the
NAM region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple
regions
Provide detailed and accurate reporting on regional performance and
workforce management
Monitor and ensure the achievement of regional goals and OKRs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility
operations
2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across
key regions
Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration
strategies
Familiarity with corporate immigration policies and global mobility
frameworks
