Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manufacturing Solutions Director-
MES.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and solution projects in the Automotive & Aerospace
industry, focusing on MES/MOM and Digital Manufacturing
Drive thought leadership to address customer challenges and
collaborate with internal teams for timely solutions
Manage complex digital transformation programs and work closely
with presales and delivery teams to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, preferably Mechanical,
Production, or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred
15-20 years of experience in leading complex transformation
programs
Strong understanding of Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers, and
Aerospace manufacturers
Experience with MES/MOM systems and knowledge of IoT, Cloud, PLM,
and ERP is advantageous
Proven ability to build and manage a team-oriented environment and
interact with C-level clients
