Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineer Manager I (Remote based in
the US).
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and
ensure budget alignment
Lead a development and/or operations team in an Agile environment
to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to junior developers
while troubleshooting application defects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information
Systems, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in an Agile
environment
5+ years of professional experience with SQL in a relational
database environment
Knowledge of design patterns, best practices, and microservices
architecture
Experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT is a plus
