Essential Job Duties: Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN Case Manager is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for providing safe, appropriate nursing care to patients in their place of residence. Is responsible in providing intermittent professional nursing services, and teaches and supervises patients and caregivers.
