For more information, please visit https://www.Temeculavalleyhospital.Com/about/newsQuality Improvement AnalystThe Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the tracking and trending programs for quality initiatives by utilizing clinical and decision support data bases and statistical programs.Essential Job Duties:Provides high level data manipulation, analysis and reporting for a variety of short and long term quality projects.Produces and analyzes actionable health care information from multiple data sources. Development of clinical outcome reporting, coordination and technical consultation for Quality Assurance.Develops standardized, detailed, and targeted clinical outcome analysis and communication of quality of care data in meaningful terms.Prepares periodic status reports for the Strategy Team Leaders as requested. Responsive to required deadlines.
