BCBA-D, Verbal Behavior Associates (VBA) provides services to
communities throughout San Diego, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles,
and Contra Costa counties. We’re hiring for BCBAs throughout San
Diego County, including North County (Poway, Escondido, San Marcos,
Vista), as well as East San Diego (La Mesa, El Cajon, Lakeside,
Santee) and South San Diego (Chula Vista, Spring Valley, National
City). You’ll make an impact by: Completing weekly supervision
hours for clients on your caseload Maintaining responsibility for
broad objectives, short term objectives, graphs and instructional
decisions related to each client on your caseload Training and
supervising each RBT and Clinical Supervisor working with your
clients under the direction of Clinical Leadership Maintaining
client program books, records, session notes and graphs; producing
and submitting annual progress reports for each client Preparing
and organizing client materials, attending bi-weekly company
meetings, scheduling meetings, etc. as needed Following research
guidelines and data collection procedures as determined by Clinical
Leadership Completing trainings, reading and assignments as

Minimal Travel & No Evenings/Weekends: By managing a small caseload
of primarily school-based clients, you can easily and efficiently
complete your supervision hours without spending hours in the car

become RBTs. You’ll need to: Have a valid BCBA certification and be
eligible to work in the U.S. Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination;

transportation, valid driver's license, and a good driving record
