hiring! We're looking for compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses
(LVNs) to join our team. Job Opening: Home Health Nurse (RN/LVN)
JTC Home Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring nurse to
provide high-quality, in-home care to patients throughout San Diego
and its surrounding counties. This is your chance to provide
one-on-one, patient-centered care and truly impact the health and
well-being of our community. Pay: $50 per visit What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized
care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and perform
procedures like tube feeding and catheterization. Monitor patient
progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and
their families on health management. Collaborate with our team to
ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Provide specialized
care, including pediatric support, senior care, and care for
individuals with developmental disabilities. Who We're Looking For:
A compassionate nurse with a current LVN license in California.
Experience in home health, travel nursing, or other relevant
clinical settings is a plus. You must be skilled in aseptic
techniques and infection control. Strong communication and
time-management skills are essential. Experience with tube feeding,
catheterization, and injections is highly valued. BLS or ACLS
