Position Details Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: San Diego 92173 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours: 40 hours/week (guaranteed) Pay: $50 – $56 per hour Employment Type: Contract (Minimum 4 weeks, extension possible) Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Work primarily with geriatric populations Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Minimum 1 year of experience working with geriatric patients Active California OT License – Required Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong communication and patient engagement skills Work Environment Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends Patient-centered care with focus on rehabilitation and independence Supportive and collaborative clinical team ?
