Job Description We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service
(Medical Field)to join our team!You will be responsible
forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provideinformation about the products and services Document and
updatecustomer records based oninteractions Develop and maintain a
knowledgebase of the evolving products and services Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service,medical or other related
fields Bilingual English and Spanish Ability to build rapport with
clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and
professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication
