Job Description:

Local Telecommunications company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their busy team. - Ideal candidate will have at least 2 - years of recent customer service experience preferably in a Call Center and NOT retail. - Must have great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi task. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent data entry skills. - - This is a Temp to Hire position - Tuesday - Sat Tuesday - Friday 10am - 7pm Saturday 8am - 5pm. - -Days off will be on Sundays & Mondays. - Pay is $17.00

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative may include:
Answering in bound calls from customers in a professional manner
Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaints
Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
Completing call log and producing call reports
Provide follow up customer calls when necessary
