CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN CORONA, CAVolt is immediately
hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Corona, CA.As a
Customer Service Representative, you will be:Responsible for
answering customer calls and assisting with any scenario
presented.Responsible for answering customer emails within 24hrs
and assisting with any scenario presented.The responsibility for
dealing with warranty issues should be resolved by supplying the
customer with the fewest items necessary to resolve the
issue.Responsible for answering capture inbound sales when
appropriate.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in
resolving customer complaints and questions.Responsible for
answering practice and ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures.This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.The ideal
candidate will have:2+ years' meaningful work experience
preferred.Ability to identify business critical issues quickly and
navigate priorities based on last minute changes.Ability to lead
and empower individuals and teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office
365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook.Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00
per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based
on several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
