Job Description:

properties, seeks an experienced and creative Chef Garde Manger to
join our culinary team. The Chef Garde Manger will bring expertise
in cold kitchen operations to ensure exceptional guest service and
culinary excellence. This role requires an individual who thrives
in a dynamic, culturally rich environment and aims to elevate
dining experiences through innovative approaches and impeccable
execution of culinary dishes. Oversee the daily operations of the
cold kitchen section including preparation of salads, appetizers,
dressings, and desserts. Ensure adherence to health and safety
standards, maintaining the kitchen in optimal operating conditions.
Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff on cold dish preparation
and presentation techniques. Collaborate with the executive chef to
innovate menu items, forecast supply needs, and manage inventory.
Maintain quality control for all food served from the garde manger
section, managing food cost effectively. Expertise in cold dish
preparation Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations Experience
in menu planning and food pairing Ability to manage and train
kitchen staff Strong organizational and communication skills
Certified Culinary Federation member (CCF) preferable Advanced food
hygiene certification is a plus
